fitting a few videos on DVD

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have 3 45 minute clips of video and of those 2 are in xsvcd and one avi (prob divx) I wonder if anyone knows of a way I can convert these to a size in dvd format that I could fit them onto one DVD.

I tried Power Producer, and while it works on a friend DVD player ok, excpet for a frame rate problem. On my PS2 and player, I get good picture and no sound. Any advice is appreciated.
