Excuse me if this is in wrong place...
I upgraded my Pioneer(actually Cendyne A05) to the lastest firmware of 1.33. In DVD Decrypter it is still only ripping at 2x(2.1). And the burning capability was also suppose to go to 2x with RITEKG03, and it still takes 63minutes approximately to burn in RNM. I did reboot system and checked the firmware, both DVD Decrytper and DvdinfoPro report that it is 1.33.. what the heck am I missing?? Thanks for any response!

Are you using the official Pioneer firmware, or are you trying to use hacked firmware? I've been using the hacked firmware almost since I got my Pioneer 105 in February, and I burn 1X media at 2X, ad have no problems with most cheap 4X media.
