    There are so many programs out there that claim to do this, but there must be a few real good ones. "DVD 2 CDR" looks good in that you can control the number of disks easily. They Cue/Bin the file, which means you can use their burner or perhaps CDRWIN, which I have.
    Comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

    The two best and easiest are:

    DVD2SVCD
    EazyVCD

    Can't go wrong with either!!
