    According to ATI, the current version of MMC 8.7 is compliant with the ATI TV Wonder VE. Has anyone tried to load MMC 8.7 and use the advanced features. I have a ATI TV Wonder PCI card and MMC v.7.9 only works with my card. If so, I'll probably go get one, Inquiring, Pat.

    hey all, contacted ATI, the ATI TV Wonder VE is compliant with MMC v.8.x This is an error with ATI. It uses the Brooktree BT8x8 chip. be warned. Thanks again, pdbody.

    Does this mean it works OK with the ATI TV Wonder VE ?

    not a chance. only version 7.9 or older works. sorry. We all have to bite the bullet and upgrade capture cards.
