Whitch Program To Use, For Shrinking DVD to 4.7 GB?

I buy DVD RW, and I don't know which program to use for Shrinking DVDs, that I could record them on my 4.7 GB DVD.
I will be very glad if you could help me.

P.S.
I heard, that some DVDs are protected. How to shrink that kind of DVDs?

I found that program, but I can't open some DVDs, because it isn't the same Region like I don't know what...
Please help!

DVD Shrink is a good bet to start with (its free), use Deep Analysis to get the best quality.

DVD Shrink shouldn't have any problems with region coding, if it does use DVDDecrypter to rip it to your hard drive and set it for region free.

Play your dvd for a few min. with windvd or powerdvd or what ever player you have on your computer. THis should help with region and copy protection.

I run ANYDVD to lose teh region\protection stuff and use dvd2one. Its not free, but it works good. Havent tried Shrink yet.
