Its a poster and I've only seen it one time. It was on the front of the range OIC's desk at the rifle range on Camp Lejeune. It was a B/W picture of a Marine, somewhere in the Pacific during the WWII island campaigns, running up a sand dune in combat with dead bodies all around and his buddies were lying down behind him at the bottom of the hill. He was carrying a flame-thrower on his back and was probably going to snuff out a Japanese machine gun nest while his buddies were laying down cover fire. And on the top of the poster is said something like, "Do you think HE complained to his squad leader about PT?"
I have wanted that poster for a while, but can't find anywhere that has it.....
