does anyone know how to contact the maker of tinra

if he is reading this i would like to ask him if he can make a little change in the program not a big one just something that can aleviate all of out stress, as you know many of us have encountered the problem with the 2 or 4 gig limit with our operating systems and my request is if at all possible can you or someone make tinra so that when converting a file it will stop at 1.5 gigs at a time i think everyones computer can handle that.
if you all agree please show your overwhelming support by leaving replies, maybe someone that know him/her can contact them, to see if we can get some help. thanx.
