    i have a pal avi and converted the frame rate from 25 fps to 29.97 fps (ntsc).

    the conversion was successful, but, obviously, the audio is no longer in synchronized. is there a way to make the audio to sync with the new frame rate of 29.97 fps?

    You can use BeSweet or you can change from 25 FPS and, instead on 29.97 use 23.976 NTSC Film and the difference won't be so great and noticeable.
