i've just got a video file in xvid, and it's reall jerky, like someones shaking the video camera, not jerky as in stop and pause.
Is there anyway to fix this, or is it the file?

also there are some really good pro apps which can do this ... not so cheap though .."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650)

Hutch.. I think you should not be to sensitive to comments here. Afterall this a forum, a little humour will do no harm. I enjoyed a little laugh once in a while. I too get flake . Just learn to give back some in a humurous way but no offence. It's 2 chicken pecking at each others ha!! ha!! ha!!

Oh I forgot to address your problem. Its all depend on what kind of "shake" is that. If the shake is caused by video sync signal, BJM recommendation might be useful. But if the fault is human error, I am afraid Foo is right. Nothing you can do about that. Try playing in different media player and checked the avi for corruption with divfix or Vdub

You are very confused about a lot of things. If I'm 11 , then I'm a lot
smarter than you because
1. I can spell
2. I don't expect people to help me for free, and I don't get irrational
when they don't
3. I have the patience and intelligence to find out the answers to my own
problems.
4. When I ask a question , I am aware that other people
don't necessarily know all the circumstances required to
solve the problem and so I supply those.
You are the small child. I have done nothing to provoke you. You are having a tantrum and I have contempt for you.
