Authoring Problem with latest version

I used to import as background the front covers of the films that I was putting on the disc and move the existing buttons over the covers so that when you clicked on the cover the film started. In the latest version the size of the box is governed by the text that is in the box, so I am unable to re-size the box to put it over the front cover

Any ideas on how to get around this
