    Sorry for such a basic question

    I have a created a DVD Movie and burnt it onto a DVD-R disc. My Drive is a combo drive so if i wanted to copy that DVD onto a DVD+R would it just be a case of putting in a DVD+R as the desination disc or will I have to do anything to the files on the DVD-R first?

    Nope, the files will stay exactly as they are...

    The only problems would be if your standalone couldnt read DVD+R.
