    Hello.
I have lots of trouble converting rm files intodivx.
    I dont know why.
    This is what i do:
Open the rm file in the rm file converter program (dont remmeber the nameofit right now), its rm to aviguyor something,
there is a 2 gb time limit there.
Anyways, to make the divx file, i open it in vitual dub, go to compression on video and sound.
When i start it, the video is VERY long, like 2-3 hours on the 20 min episode, so, there is like 1 frame every minutte, while the sound plays correctly...
I have tried to "convert"and batch the file using that rm to avi program....
How cani get good video lenght?
And how do i synch the sound?

  2. As far as i know(but don't quote me on this)the only way u can convert realplayer files is by capturing them rather than converting them. There are 2 tutorials on vcdhelper that show u how to do this:
    http://www.vcdhelp.com/rmto.htm
    http://www.vcdhelp.com/rmto2.htm

    hope this helps..

btw i think that prog you're using only supports up to real 4.0 which is why it isn't working properly..
