    Haven't seen it, read that many people didn't like too much.
    Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

    I'd like to see it, but I probably won't get a chance until it comes out on DVD. I usually ignore all other people's opinions and movie reviews, since there's rarely a movie that I can't appreciate on some level.

    Unless a movie is absolutely terrible in all aspects, I find some enjoyment from watching it.

    Thats commendable...usually, I either like a movie or not. There have been plenty of movies that just plain sucked...it didnt give me any room to appreciate anything.

    Saw it, wasn't what I would call spectacular. Don't think I'll buy the DVD. Don't think I'll rent the DVD either.

    Looks like it borrows too much from the Matrix. And I know that

    Matrix = Crap

    so if they are copying a crappy movie than it must be crappy as well. I think I'll just wait for Texas Chainsaw Massacre to come out.

    I saw the commercial of that movie today and it looks pretty good. I also noticed that it said "based on a true story"...can anyone give me a brief synopsis(without giving away the story) of what happened?

    It's because the original was "based" on a true story. Director Tobe Hooper based Leatherface on mass-murderer Ed Gein, who was arrested in 1957.
