  1. I have been using reel dvd to make Non-ripped movies and would like to add subtitles. The problem i am having is reeldvd only supports .sst file extentions.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a program or could point me in the right direction in finding a guide to crete new subtitles in .sst

    Many thanks would be apprieated

  2. You could check the ReelDVD-forum at Sonic, or just google for it.

Isn't it same as sonic scenarist subtitles(.sst)?
Subtitle Workshop can export to sst.

  4. Hi, Baldrick,

you´re probably right, both apps are using the same "engine".

  5. Although Subtitle Workshop *can* do it, it doesn't seem to make the bmp images for the subs. I just went through this with subs in Scenarist. I ended up using Sub Station Alpha to create an .ssa format sub file, then used MaestroSBT to create an .sst file & bitmap images. Scenarist seems to love it and it's easier for me to use than Scenarist's built in subtitler.
