How do you know that they aren't still being used? Perhaps if you collected a signed note from every user of this board that said that they were no longer using a particular post, then maybe you could ask Baldrick to remove it.
Just remember that this is Baldrick's board, and anything that you post becomes HIS property. He may enjoy going through old (both your's and other's) posts.ICBM target coordinates:

It would probably defeat the purpose of doing a search. You wouldnt come up with many results.

If you erased old posts, it would waste the point of the board, and other users help by having the same questions repeated. -
As a forum member you cant, can you imagine the chaos if everyone were able to delete threads on this forum. Only Baldrick and the Moderators can close threads on the forum.

I dont know if others are like this, but for myself, if its off the 1st page its practically as good as deleted!

Solarjetman, that isnt how it works. For instance(I actually remember this happening once), if someone didnt read the TOS(rules) for posting and they asked for warez, people would warn the person to delete the thread before a mod caught the topic. I thought it was a stupid idea because the thread had to be inactive for 20 minutes and people would keep posting to "warn" the person to delete the thread and the dude would never had the chance.

Well i must not have explained my self properly...What i want to empty is "MY WATCHED TOPICS"....On other forums i use when i think the topic has run its course i can delete from my topic viewer...I did not mean delete them all together off the forum...
tell you what i have noticed though.I've answered and posted a couple of questions with not much response. The most i've had is on this post with folk jumping down my neck...Good job on making new members welcome..NOT !!!
