I have squeezed 2 films onto 1xdvd+r.

DVD-Shrink had the automatic compression at 56% - I needed to drop this to 50% to fit the other movie on.

The same on the second movie - which doesn't jump incidentally, but the drop in compression ratio is about the same from the automatic setting.

Could this simply be a compression issue and I need to be more careful? or is it likely to be media (100 x DVD+R unbranded spindle).

I haven't had problems with them before and was just looking for some advice please.

Sorry, should have added that the audio plays back fine, it's every few seconds that the picture jumps a couple of frames.

Any advice greatfully received.
