Greetings,
I am thinking about joining one of those $10.00-a-month, legal, online music services like Rhapsody etc., in order to get some individual songs to use for background music for a DVD slide show/home movie project I am planning. That way I wouldn't have to scrounge up CDs from stores and friends.
Do these files have some sort of unique copy protection that would prevent them from being used in the usual DVD/SVCD authoring programs that we all use, whether they come from your computer's hard drive or from files burned onto a CD? (You can burn these songs to CD with most of these services.)
Has anybody done this?
