    Well, a bin is a disk image so that being the case it should fit on one disk. If you must, you can use Isobuster to rip the mpeg, cut it with an editor like TMPGEnc, then author and burn each to disk.

    No sure I understand your objective - if u just want to archive a single file that is too large to fit on a single disc/tape you could use a binary file splitter - scalpel.exe is free & simple & does the job. The file will have to be re-merged before you can use it.
