    hello hope someone can help.

    there seems to be a new format of svcd and it wont work in svcd right or wrong?
    svcds wont convert gose through proscess in 5 sec.
    ive tryed using dvd2avi to change header+tmpeg and eventualy got clip to convert in svcd2dvd,but it wont let me add it to dvd auther invalid 480x480 or 29 fps.

    dvd2avi settings say the clip is not pal/ntsc its film and 23fps.

    can any1 shed some light on this for me this has only started to happen lately.

    23 fps is NTSC Film https://www.videohelp.com/svcd

    which is valid SVCD as far as i know.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
