    Have a digital projection TV, connecter PC through ATI s-video (Radeon Pro Family), and picture is very good, sharp, clear, but black and white. What settings are wrong/need to be checked?

    sounds like a Pal/NTSC mismatch somewhere. Check The TV-Out card settings
