Instant Copy size problem after ripping and not copying

Hi all... I have a problem, hoping one of you might have run into this issue. I'm running the latest & greatest version of InstantCopy v7.0.3.140... w/ a Pioneer DVR-A06U. (DVR-106D)

I have a kid and he likes turning my DVD's in coasters... That's why I must make backup of my movies.

I always rip DVD-Videos with DVD Decrypter 3.1.6 to my hard drives.
Then, I use Instant Copy to fit it on DVD-R's. I also use Instant Copy Hidden Settings v.1.3.0.

I never encountered any problems at all with my DVD-R copied before. I always use the same kind of blank DVD-R media.

On the last DVD-Video I tried, there were two DVD's to do. One of them contains the movie and the second one has all the extras...

It actually tries burning a DVD-R (after the very long recompile process), but I get this error:

*Destination CD does not contain enough free space for source data*
- Retry w/ different destination media
- Ignore size & proceed
- Truncate contents of source
- Select Tracks to copy.

It also shows at the bottom of the screen: Track 1 at 4.39GB.

In InstantCopy, the settings look like this (have always been like that when it worked too):

Under Write tab:
Write Method: Automatic
Close Method: Automatic
Write Speed: Automatic
unchecked: Overwrite rewritable media
greyed out: Write to harddisk first
unchecked: Simulate writing if possible

Under DVD tab:
Copy method: Customized resize
Preferred Desination: DVD
CD Aspect Ration: Automatic

Everything else is default.

Looking at the Customize Disk Window, I have unmarked any unwanted foreign audio tracks, along with a copy of english audio tracks & subtitles. I end up with:

Video title set:
Aspect ratio: 4:3
Format: NTSC

Under Video tab:
Video Data size - 2.858gb (2.98gb)
Transcoded size - 1.80gb (1.94gb)
Video size - Automatic @ 63.30%

I'm at a total loss since I've never had any problems before. Why should I have any now? If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate your help!

Have a look at DVD Shrink (Freeware).

Although it is complete ripping/compression program, it can be used to just shrink (hence the name) files as well. By running your files through, you should be able to easily reduce the folder size to 4.36gb
