Hi everybody,
a friend of mine has burned to me a DVD but I can't play it on my player, probably because folder AUDIO_TS is missing.
Is there a way to re-burn, re-author, re-something the DVD recreating the AUDIO_TS folder so that I can play it on my DVD player (by the way, it's a Sony)?
Thank you in advance for any suggestion
Riccardo

You just make an empty folder called AUDIO_TS and burn it with the VIDEO_TS folder that contains your info. It doesn't need anything in it.

That's not your problem with the disc. I have seen many original DVD's that didn't have the AUDIO_TS folder and they all play in my three players.

You do not need the AUDIO_TS folder, it is part of the DVD Audio spec not the DVD Video spec.

Try RIPPING the DVD using DVD DECRYPTER in FILE MODE and make sure you select ALL FILES
Then run ImgTool (the classic version) which will add the missing AUDIO_TS folder while creating an ISO IMAGE file for you.
Then BURN to a DVD-R using DVD DECRYPTER.
