    Anyone know why an svcd when converted to your standard dvd mpeg in tmpgenc using the template, the resulting file is smaller than the original svcd but with a bitrate of 8000? TIA

    GIVE THE SETTINGS OF YOUR TMPGENC,I'll be happy to get a smaller size of my svcd's to dvd size.

    Just use the template that comes with TMPGEnc. You'll get a bigger file if you do your own settings. It's all very odd.
