Hi, I capture AVI through my JVC dv cam, then edit through Showbiz, then "export" back to the dv tape for viewing in my TV.
When I view thru the tv or playback thru the dv cam screen, in some sections, both the video and audio go jerky and "scratchy" at a slow pace, eventually this speeds up and goes back to normal.
It happens 3 or 4 times thru an 18 min footage.
Initially I thought it was a bad avi, so I tried again. It still happened but in different spots, so I know it's not the footage itself.
I'm quite sure my pc can handle it... it's only 7GIG of movie.
I'm disabling Norton, closing all other programs and not touching my pc while it exports to the dv cam.
Why is this happening?![]()
Also, 8 out of 10 times I export to the dv cam, I hear the cam start recording but a second into it, it stops for no reason, no error message nothing?? Probably 1 out of 10 times it actually works, even after restart etc... very annoying.![]()
Any help would be appreciated in advance.![]()

It's not a Black and White world, to be alive the colours must swirl.
And I believe that maybe today, we would all get to appreciate.... The Beauty of Gray.
