  1. hi i ripped a dvd to my hd so i can use tmpgenc but i have a *.D2v file and i have lots of audio

    DTS T02 DELAY 0ms.dts
    AC3 T01 3_2ch 448Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3
    AC3 T03 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3
    AC3 T04 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3
    AC3 T05 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3
    AC3 T06 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3

    what do i do know i cant add a audio file to tmpgenc

    i am trying to make a svcd

    TMPGEnc wont read AC3s needs to be wav/mp2
    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author

    Use BeSweet or HeadAC3he to convert the AC-3 to a WAV file. Then feed the WAV into TMPGEnc and it will convert it to MP2 for you while encoding the video.

    There is a setting somewhere in TMPGEnc under the options where you can set the audio processing to HIGH QUALITY and once you set it you never have to set it again. Do that and TMPGEnc will give you very good quality MP2 audio.
