    I tried erasing a CDRW using the Tools/CDRDAO page and it always fails with a SCSI error (device ready...unable something). I tried it from the command line in c:\program files\vcdeasy\cdrdao and it still fails.

    I am able to erase it just fine on my Linux box using 'cdrdao' or 'cdrecord'

    Disk info works fine, but the erase always fails.

    Help? Thanks

    try re-installing your aspi layer or fiddling about with it. If worse comes to worse re-install the program.
