new version 1.5 fails !!!!

I have tried this new 1.5 svcd2dvd program but it always fails with "setup error" and mentions something about a resource file and says to check my setup ???

I dont have any resource problems that i know of. I think it keep failing when doing the audio re-sampling.

I did manage to get it to work last night by getting it to do it's thing with 2 svcd files. That worked !

But if i get it to process 5 svcd files ( 2 films) then it will always fail while processing the first few files ???

I've got plenty of everything pc wise so i'm lost.

Anyone else get this error ??

Yes i will do it tomorrow (friday) evening.

I just need to suss out the best way to capture the message.

CTRL, ALT + PRINTSCREEN captures the current window object image to clipboard. Then paste it in paint and save as a jpg.

Right i forgot to mention i do get another error as well.

So here is this other error, then i will post the first error shortly.

And here is the main error that i keep getting, this one comes up after i have rebooted the pc, followed by using the svcd2dvd program.

The previous error which i posted comes up if i just run the program without re-booting.

Both these errors appear after 5 - 10 mins of processing 5 svcd files.

did svcd2dvdmpg+ work for you?

sometimes it was ok, but i did used to crash, but no way near as much as this newer one does.

I had more success with the previous one yeh.

what i dont understand is that i did use the v1.5 the other day and it done 2 svcd files only into a dvd no probs, but it won't do 5 svcd files into 2 films on a dvd (title1 and title 2), and when it crashes its in the middle of processing the first film (2 svcd files) and these are the files which it can process on there own, if that makes any sense.!!
