Broadcast video via lan/internet?

well, i've tried Windows Media Encoder, works great, but i can't broadcast on internet, just lan, cuz i'm a client in a network, and UDP forwarding doesn't work here for some reason (prolly WMP)
so i wonder if there's any other programs that can do the same thing as WMEncoder, convert ti lets say divx and broadcast live (5 seconds delay cuz video needs to be converted heh)
please help me out

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to do, but I remember reading about a prog called SnapStream - it may do what you need.

what i mean is, streaming video over lan/internet using my catpure card as source. not capturing or anything, just stream the shiet heh.
