I am looking for a hardware-software solution to copy Digital8 tapes to DVDs. I guess I should be using the iLINK interface. However, the solution must be compatible with my camera, which is a Sony DCR-TRV250... Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

ADS Tech Pyro Platinum Pro (contains top-rated FireWire card and full version of Premiere 6.5) has all u need to capture D8 and eventually output to DVD. The other things u will need include a DVD-authoring program (u can start with DVDWorkshop SE bundled with the FireWire card above), a DVD-burning program (Nero??) and a DVD-burner.
For the nth time, with the possible exception of certain Intel processors, I don't have/ever owned anything whose name starts with "i".
