    Why is there a restriction for new forum sign-up's dissallowing posting and replying for 24 hours? I cant figure that one out.

    Anyway glad I found it.

    But it is easier to buy a handgun.

    It encourages to people to explore the site and find solutions on their own. Too many people find it easier to post really basic questions instead of doing a little reading and the waiting period forces them to be more proactive.
