    Ok I have a sony digital 8 camcorder with ilink (firewire) connection.
    I am looking for the best video editing program out there that meets these requirements:

    1. allows me to burn to dvd
    2. inexpensive (under $100)
    3. produces a high quality dvd (no jerkiness)....

    What's your recomendation???

    I don;'t how much much it is but for DV Pinnacle Studio 8.5 is superb, for me anyway.
    I wouldn't use it for analogue capture but for DV I love it.
