Looking for program for editing and making SVCD's/VCD's.

Now that I have been able to accomplish the capturing phase of making a video. I need to know what program(s) I need to make my SVCD/VCD's look like DVD's with Chapters, Transtions, Titles, Ect... Does anyone know of a program that has these features? Is there a program that is highly reccommanded? Thanks

For the best degree of control, manual XML authoring with VCDImager.

You can use a few programs:
1. svcd2dvdmpeg this will prepare your files in batch to make the vcd and svcd dvd compatible. you need to author them to dvd with a dvd author program.
2. svcd2dvd (newest version) will batch prepare you vcd and svcd dvd compatible and will in the same batch create you a dvd with menu.
3. dvdlab can author your dvd compatible vcd and svcd on a dvd with menu etc.

There are a few other authoring programs but i got the best result with these 3.
