Is there an easy way to backup Dog Soldiers, keeping just the Widescreen version of the movie, and keeping the rest of the menus intact?
For anyone who doesn't have it, it has the movie in Fullscreen and Widescreen. 2 buttons underneath the Play button allow you to select which one to play. I would just like to remove the 2 buttons and have the play button link to the Widescreen movie. I know I could re-author the whole thing but just wanted to know if there was an easier way.
Cheers.

You could use DVD Shrink, and just make the full screen version a still. The navigation and everything will still work.

Great flm !
Ive got the R2 version which is widescreen only and if you like the film get this version..it has one of the best and funniest commentaries ever heard..so much beter than the lame US directors commentary.
Interestly i also got a Region 3 version from CDWOW this has the audio in DTS 6.1 which is pretty amazing. -
The easiest way (and quickest) to get rid of buttons that you dont need or want (ie you just want to keep the button for the widescreen version is to use a program like "MENUEDIT" - Load the First IFO file into it and it will display the menu along with the buttons which its numbers - You then have the option to get rid of Buttons you dont want to to see or tie them to the part of the disk you want. Either way its the quickest and easiest way to solve your problem and doesn't require any re-authoring of the disk.
Hope this alternative helps.
