How do you label your DVDs?

Here's something I haven't heard about in a while. Most of the time its 'How do you...', 'I can't ...', or '<insert name here> is being an A-hole... Ban! Ban! Ban!'

How do you label your media?

I, myself, have a preference. I use a double tipped 'Marks-a-lot'. Its got a normal felt tip and a fine tip. No problems so far.

But enought about me...

How do you label those babies? CD printer label, pen, pencil, post-it notes, etching tool...

And maybe why you prefer that method.

This would have been a good poll but there was way to many options to list. Besides, I didn't want to have to include a TGPO option.

for my dvd-r's i label the actual disc with a sharpie and print out an insert for the case.. usually a print-out from amazon.com .. its really convienent to have the insert printed up instead of having a paper label with the name written on it.

I thought of that but generally with polls you only get a few options to vote on. This is a wide open discussion. Besides, within the last few days, I haven't seen much on how ppl label their disks in general.

I generally do not label them. I am waiting a little longer to see what happens to the DVDs people have already labeled.
When I MUST label a disk, I use a Sharpie.
