I burned The Fast & The Furious on VCD using the TMPGenc (whatever it is) setting for VCDs. I burned it on to my 80min CD-R using Easy CD Creator 4. My stand alone VCD player will play it but the video seems to hesitate every 30 seconds or so. The sound is perfect, no hesitations or chops. Whats the problem?
Also, none of my DVD player (that support VCD 2.0 for sure, tested it myself) wont play the VCDs. Tried a CD-RW too since rumor has it that those work better. What gives on that story?
