problems with dvdx 1.4

hello i use dvdx it work fine only the output for the first file show up with no icon as to which program will run it. But the next two files do. i have to pick which program will run it to to view it i check the box on the bottom that state to always use this program to run it but it never works only to run it that one time any help would be nice

Try making a new association

From any open window select View > Folder Options > File Types > New
