I am looking to get a Western Digital 250 GB Hard Drive. Which is better:
Internal or External USB 2.0
What are the benifits of each one?

internal, faster (usually)
external, portable.
is price a factor on this one?
try www.tomshardware.com and www.anandtech.com -
Go with an internal, whats the rpm ?
-
RPM 7200
I also read something about RAID 0 configuration?? What is this?
If I buy 2 internal ones can I hook them up together as 1 drive? -
Yes, if your hard drive controller supports it.
However, there has been a lot of debate on whether you gain much by going with RAID.Just what is this reality thing anyway? -
Search for the discussions we've had on RAID in this forum in the last month. I used it but found no benefit over having two seperate drives, and instead switched to fast SCSI for speedy drives. And why you'd want to have a 500GB RAID set-up is beyond me. If you lose a stripe that's a heckuvalotta data you just lost
