    I cannot seem to get Tmpgenc to recognize my AVI files. They play fine in media player and gDivx, but tmpgenc says they are an unsupported format, I am using the new Version 2.0....any ideas??

    You have some codec's to install.

    Install all the popular codec's or click right mouse on your AVI and find out what codec was used and install that.
