Burning DVD-rs with no Region.

I have my video ts folder, and I burnt it with Vob instant DVD as usual.... But when I tried to play it, it said I havent got the right region dvd player.
I have region free so i can play it, but i was wondering if you could burn the actual disc so it doesnt have a region code on it?
I am very confused about this region stuff. This is not an area I usually go into.
Please help

there is a program called IFOEdit that will allow you to do this.

Ok, I have IFoEdit, but I cannot see quite what to do...
Instructions please? Finding this very hard

Whe you use DVDDecrypter and then burn it using Pinnacle Instant Copy, it will automatically be region free. Even though you choose NTSC convertion, it will still play on any dvd player, whatever region.

Pinnacle InstantCopy never burns right for me. Always ruins the disk.
I use VOB instant Cd-DVD and that works great.
Is it possible to burn with no region code with this?
Also I cannot figure out how to use IfoEdit. Please help
