I have a single layer DVD that I ripped down to my hard drive. I have the VIDEO_TS and the AUDIO_TS folders. My question is, what program will burn it back onto a DVD-R for me? I know that seems like a stupid question but I have no idea. Normally I burn images, so that's not an issue.
It's a single layered DVD disc, so I don't want to fiddle with anything.
Thanks.

All the program I look at RESAMPLE the video before burning. I don't want to do that. Isn't there a program that will just record the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders onto a DVD-R disc w/o resampling?

With Nero (I have Nero Express) just add the files in your "Create DVD" project and burn.
