Holy SH!t, as a senior in high school i can buy software and hardware at like 80% discount. Now i can actually afford all those adobe programs i want. And they sell hardware and stuff.
What's the catch to this, it don't seem right. Full version, dirt cheap.

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend? -
I can buy the entire Adobe line for $300 if I remember correctly. Those companies want you to buy the softwaare now, so that when you start making the big bucks, you'll remember them.

Man..that really is the pot calling the kettle black! I've seen about ten posts of yours my superior moderator..where you've mispelled the most simple of words. Then I remembered you said you were in college.....ahh....I guess you have to be in Grad school before you start spelling basic words correctly. You mean academic? Behold the power of public schools. I suck at spelling.
In all seriousness though...I never paid attention from Elementary to High School...never read shit but for some reason I spell pretty damn good...weird huh?
Even your last post regarding "manosteele12" getting married...you typed the word as "CONGRADULATIONS" with a "D" when the correct spelling is with a "T".....there are several more mispell errors on your part "SUPERMOD"....I just figured i'd screw with you when you got as bad as our board CEO....who mispells 3 letter words...if ya' know what I mean!

There is no catch, many software companies offer huge discounts to academic establishments. I know, because I work at a University. You dont have to be a student, staff can get the discount alsoOriginally Posted by Greg12

Shut up DefenCe.
He only said it because it was ironic, leave the guy alone. I'm fed up of you bitching about TGPO. -
I knew that I could get software cheap through the university but I never knew about hardware.
Does any shop do this or is it only some or do I go direct to the supplier? -
The catch is that you can not use those versions for ANY bussness or Comercial purposes - nor are they upgradable (for the most part) ..
Other than that they are great deals ... -
That's true. They are meant only for school work and personal learning. You can't sell any of your work produced with the software.Originally Posted by BJ_M

I take it you already know

Others may stumble, but not you,
On hiccough, thorough, laugh and through
The english language is not meant to be spelled correctly -- i think of it as a living breathing thing ready for the next step in its evolution .. -
gradware.com is one i'm looking at, their are others. try a search.
I work at school producing school projects and producing my own stuff and stuff for church. I think i am within my limits.
u can get the DVSTORM for 799, discounted from 1200.
I think i'm gonna buy the acedemic discounted version of that new video producer bundle coming from adobe.
It sucks though cause high school students can't buy microsoft stuff at the discount, but once i get accepted to college, i can. -
I know you were joking giving the topic of the post. It would of also been difficult for me to miss that you said you were joking because you suck at spelling...when you only wrote two sentences..lol.@defense It was just ironic given the topic subject. I never said I was the king of spellers, I even said I suck at spelling in my post. It was just a joke.
I thought it was pretty obvious I was joking as well being that I wrote "in all seriosness" in the first few sentences, as well as put a smiley face at the end.
I won't comment on fleminacupboard's post.
Oh, and CongraDulations...even discussing spelling jokingly had no effect on greg12 because they still spell acedemic with an "e."
You do that!I think i'm gonna buy the acedemic discounted version of that new video producer bundle coming from adobe.
