Making sure your computer files have not been corrupted. How much memory does your system have?
Hello. -
processor = 1.7 ghz Celron
RAM - 128 mb
Virtual mem - 4 gig
HD - (1) - 60 gig, (1) -20 gig
Capture card - AverMedia Capture Card
Source - VCR
Resolution of Caputre - ALL RES. -
i just tried another Capture program "PowerVCR II 3.0", it works and it also DOES NOT restart. I was wondering if it is the complexity of the other software programs and the resources that they eat up, even though i have a pretty decent system.

Try updating the capture drivers and seriously look at more RAM. 128MB is far from enough for modern systems. Memory is cheap these days.
