    I don't think I've seen anything like this.... My Sony 510a says it will work with 4x DVD+RW media... anyone seen this stuff and where/how much???

    Verbatim and Maxell coming out with 4xDVD+RW medias this month.

    Walmart has a several Memorex packages all for 11.99. They have a pack of 5 DVD+R for 11.99 and a 6 pack of 3 DVD+R and 3 DVD+RW also for 11.99. I bought both and have burned both the +R and +RW with success. I don't know what speed I'm burning because my software, Sonic MyDVD, uses auto mode for burning and doesn't give me a choice. However, I burn a 4.3GB disc in 12 to 15 minutes. Guess I could work out the math but am too lazy.

    Strange thing is they also have a 3 pk of Memorex +Rs for 11.99

    Yes, you are right Memorex already has 4x DVD+RW media.

    Could you check the media code please, I suppose they are ricoh made along with the Verbatim and Maxell.
