    Could anyone help,,I'm trying to rip a dvd to vcd and i keep getting a message come up saying UNABLE TO CONNECT TO IPC FRAME SERVER DOWN ?? Could anyone tell me what this means and what i am doing wrong ?

    It sounds you are trying to frameserve from Premiere/ FlasK with Avisynth to TMPGEnc or any encoder.
    Post more details, what you did.

    Thanks for replying i have solved it now though i was closing a small window down without realising ! and it didn't seem to like it.As it was my first time wasn't too sure about what i was doing.
