Just bought my first DVD but having problems. Package came with basic video and audio cable and s-video cable. When I set it up with basic video cable the picture fades in and out. Tried the s-Video cable and its black and white. Bought a scart lead and the picture fades in and out with that. Took DVD back to retailer and he exchanged it. Lo and behold the new one does exactly the same thing. Its a Samsung 511 Not the greatest I know but it should still work properly. Any ideas anyone.
ps I have changed to the connections I am using on the set up menu.
