TMPGEnc read error problems

Hi all, well i am new to this so would greatly thank any help given. I have TMPGEnc version 2.510.49.157 i have managed to use it once since then everytime i try to load it i either get a message saying " read error at BFF6A285 of module 'KERNAL32.DLL' with 0079FFBO " or i get to the point of either loading in the wav or loading the unlock for the settings and it just shuts down please could someone help

try saving the source in a different output file. sounds like your trying to over write it . which it cant do.

i would try that but the program wont even start now i just get the read error, i have tried removing the program and reloading but still no good

ok. have you got the up grade version of tmpgne . ive had the same problem, so i just renstalled new version which helped. what film r u trying to do and what format is it in?

it is any film i have that isnt mpeg if they are avi or divx then tmpgenc just shuts down
