    Well, the problem is, that there is no DivX (or MPEG-4, call it as you like) standard and there are several MPEG-4 codecs...
    Also I don't know any authoring tool, that let me make menus or chapters for DivX. But maybe in future, if DivX becomes a standard, it should be possible I hope.
    At the moment this is not an option for me.
