Hi there,
How can I change the aspect ratio of an MPEG file without reencoding the whole movie?
The only MPEG setting I need to change is the aspect ratio(4:3 to 16:9 or vice versa), is it possible?
Thanks in advance.

If its mpeg-2, you can do it with DVDPatcher, available in the tools section. I don't think this will work with mpeg-1 files tho.
