    i want to transfer my VHS tapes onto DVDr and want to know what would be the best capture card and software to do this, my pc has a 80g HD and a 2.6ghz processor with 256Mb of ram , what are the the main factors of capturing good quality video from a vhs vcr, ie processor,card etc etc . i dont want to spend too much either as this is just a small project for me,

    I would say Dazzle USB video capture (I think it's like 60 bux ros something).

    it sounds like you got a good computer for capping. i got a p3 667 and get great caps.
