    Six year old Jessica Amber Brown, of Los Angeles, was arrested Thursday afternoon. After Dick Peter Johnson, an employee of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), heard her humming a Britney Spears song, while walking down the street, and filed a complaint with local authorities.

    "We take our jobs very seriously at RIAA." said Dick Johnson in front of the Los Angeles County jail. "We will not tolerate people performing our artists music in public. Not to mention her humming the song in question can be considered a derivative work. Something clearly outlined as illegal in all of our music licensing agreements. Any five year old should be able to understand that. This girl was six. That makes it even worse."

    "She got what was coming to her." said Jessica's next door neighbor, Scott Parker. "Those damn kids were always over there dancing and singing those awful songs. If it wasn't that Britney Spores or whatever her name is. It was that Christina Aqualung... Hell I can't keep them all straight these days. I had to go out and chase them off of my grass three or four times a day. They're a bunch of little deviants if you ask me."

    Just hours after Jessica's arrest. A yet unnamed USC student was arrested for playing air guitar along with a Metallica CD in his dorm room.
